Note that buses from Puerto Natales to Torres del Paine only run twice a day, once around 7am and once around 2pm. If you want to take a bus from Punta Arenas to Torres del Paine and arrive on the same day, make sure to take a bus that arrives in Puerto Natales with enough time for you to make your connection.
